When fitting the complex system the plumber worked hard and was extremely tidy and helpful. However he made no contingency so the cost he demanded was more than the original estimate. Finally he left, and it became clear he had not properly calculated the heating needs of the house so the final system was not capable of providing enough heat : faced with this instead of dealing with it, he disappeared, leaving us to seek out another engineer to deal with a half built system

Requested a heating system survey for a new property purchase. Was easy to arrange but payment was requested upfront; I did have to request a clear breakdown of the work. A date was agreed but once the survey had been completed I did have to chase multiple times for the output, which was disapointing considering payment was made upfront. Once received the report did have errors such an incorrect name, and also did not include any pictures which would have been useful.

Paul and his team were great. With a challenging task ahead working on a Victorian house he made it easy. Whilst still be considerate to our family needs as we were still living in the house during theses works. Paul completely re plumbed the entire heating system and converted our system from gravity fed to pressurise system. This work also involved relocating the new boiler in to the loft space and installing a new water cylinder. I strongly recommend Paul and is team. Their work and attitude to work are amazing and refreshing.

GasPol are an absolute pleasure to have around - Paul, Patrick, and the whole team are lovely people, they put in the graft, and they kept me updated on progress throughout, in words that I could understand. Everything is working so much better now the work has been done.

Solved the boiler problem very quickly, for which I’m eternally grateful, because it’s been absolutely freezing outside since then! Really appreciated how Paul and his apprentice explained in understandable terms, what they were doing, why they were doing it, and not just how they fixed the immediate problem I had, but also highlighting for me things that I should consider fixing short / medium term. He checked the next day to make sure it was still all ok. A really personal, prompt, efficient service. Thankyou!

This was excellent work. Paul and his assistant worked extremely hard on a complicated job that involved new electrical wiring as well. He also did several checks to made sure that everything worked perfectly. Although it was a messy job they tidied up beautifully. I can hightly reccommend Gaspol
