    I contacted The Combi Swap Hero for a quote to install a new boiler in our flat in Whitley Bay. Received quote and date for installation. Gareth plus another young man turned up on date and time agreed. Great job done, have no hesitation in highly recommending them

    Gareth and his team replaced a traditional boiler with a combi. Removed hot water tank and header tank in the loft. Wouldn't know they'd been upstairs as they used carpet protection and hoovered up! They are professional, reliable and customer focused. Gareth and Caron helped us so much, including moving the installation date to fit around us, very grateful for that. A couple of little issues, were resolved quickly. Definitely recommend.

    Having invited quotes from 3 gas fitters, GSH arrived very well presented with a printed brochure of all intended works to complete the exchange. The old boiler and flue were removed rapidly and placed outside for pick up by scrap man. Area cleaned and prepared to receive new unit. Small alterations to pipework were carried out and new unit lifted into position. Flue and condensate lines fitted and unit ready for testing. Gareth carried out all tests to his satisfaction and electrician completed RCD fitting. All in all a good experience and well worth the time and expense.

    They helped us through the process of choosing the right boiler for our home, they then did a survey on our property to make sure that the job would be well planned out. On the day of the installation they arrived on time, and did a superb job with which we were very pleased with. They also cleaned up after them selves and left our home spotless. We would recommend them very highly, as they are honest and trustworthy.
