Leaking filter Kitchen Tap, he was unable to dismantle completely to replace washers, replace the tap together incorrectly, (I found out after he had left). Charged me for his time, he tried to dismantle the tap for about 15 minutes , then talked for about another 15 minutes, then told me I should get a new tap and he would replace it for a further cost on another occasion and he could possibly source a tap for me as well. Basically he came spent 25-30 minutes unable to fix the problem , left it worse than he found it and I am now out of pocket. Requested invoice, none supplied.

I would recommend this company. Company has covered maintenance work and bleed heaters. They handle business quick, got back to me promptly and stuck to what they said they would do
