I can’t recommend Jay enough! He came out at short notice and was incredibly helpful from the start, even giving advice over messages before he’d even seen the problem. When he arrived, he fixed the issue at a really reasonable price and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. The next day, when my boiler had a completely different problem, Jay came back straight away, found the fault, and sorted it out for us. I offered to pay extra, but he refused, which was really kind. It’s so reassuring to have a local, honest tradesman you can rely on.
