Installing new Ideal combi boiler
The installation was carried out very efficiently by Aaron and Colin of Gas Safety Essex. They were courteous and helpful and completed the work with the minimum of mess. They explained the working and controls of the new boiler clearly when the installation was complete. They also carried out the bleeding of the radiators and cleared up all the old equipment and left the apartment in a clean and tidy state. They returned on 8th September to check on the radiators and to see if there were any further problems. All communications with the office were courteously and efficiently dealt with

Installation of new boiler and new radiators
A new boiler and radiators were fitted as part of some extensive renovation work to our house. The company worked well with other contractors working on the house, the replacement of existing radiators was especially difficult under the circumstances as there was not much room to work in. The system works well and has brought us into the digital age in terms of having a wireless thermostat. When we first used the central heating, one radiator was not working but a call to the company resulted in a visit from a technician the same day and the problem was quickly identified and resolved.

Fixing a pump under my kitchen sink and new pipe work, also replacing toilet system, boiler service
Such polite good workers Aaron is so knowledgeable also laid a new floor in my kitchen left the place so tidy I would recommend this company 100% delighted.

Fitting new radiators and a smart thermostat
Aaron and his team from Gas Safety Essex did a brilliant job of fitting 8 new radiators and thermostatic radiator valves for us. They also fitted a filter to the boiler and a Google Nest learning thermostat. The work was completed professionally and efficiently and the guys were really polite friendly and helpful. Aaron's quotation process was informative and transparent, and he helped us with checking measurements before I ordered the radiators myself, which I really appreciated. We will use them again for our other gas and heating works. Thoroughly recommended.

Ignited ancient boiler
Moved into a new home. The house was cold, the gas was off and I didn't know how to ignite the boiler that's as old as me. Phoned and they sent out an engineer later that day. He was really nice and informative and most importantly ignited the pilot on my super old boiler.
