Worth the wait...
I had been trying for a while to get the work done having posted on Checkatrade and other sites with no response; I posted again and Sal from from GSI called, we had a chat about the boiler and requirements needed to keep it compliant, plus what work needed to be done on the radiator after I sent him a photo of the leaky valve. The quote for all the work including landlord certification matched my budget. A date was arranged, I had a heads up before he arrived and the work was professionally carried out by him and his apprentice, checked and cleared up afterwards, well recommended.

Temporary Gas Hob and Kitchen Tap Disconnection
Can't fault Saleem! He was courteous, knew his stuff and did the jobs properly. I'll happily have him back to reconnect the new gas hob and kitchen tap when our new kitchen has been installed.

Boiler Issues No Hot Water
Saleem solved our problem quickly and effectively. Very polite and kind man that took care of our home. Very reasonably priced and trustworthy.
