Quick response to my call on Thursday Arranged visit for the Friday. Arrived on time, discovered what the problem was and proceeded to order a new pump. Pump arrived on Monday and was fitted. Minor hiccup quickly resolved. Excellent service; staff and management put a lot of effort into making sure everything was right. Very impressed. Good communication skills. Will use again.

Oil fuelled Rayburn service, cooker and central heating/hot water. The drop down menu at top doesn't give this option! Very efficient, had to come back to finish off and did so after a couple of days to fit in with my commitments. Very good service and very satisfied. Would recomend

Reacted quickly, asked for detailed pics to understand issue so they could get parts and fix on first visit. Office called me, they had a cancellation so came (same day) nearly 24hrs earlier than agreed. Polite lad was about 45 mins inc service and gone. Great communication and attitude on phone and in person. I won't be calling anyone else next time!

I felt Hydroheat did what they said they would, at a time when they were under staffing pressure. Good communication and a reliable firm.
