  Craig talked us through our options and prices, he made suggestions and recommendations but never felt pressured into making a decision. He gave clear information and arranged a date for fitting, which he stuck to and he was really helpful setting up the app and showing us how to use the equipment. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

  Craig was able to carry out a safety check on a heating system in a property my partner and I are in the process of buying. He was flexible with time, value for money compared to the larger firms and quick to respond to communication and answer some basic questions we weren't sure about. Would absolutely do business again and recommend.

  Check out an issue with boiler

  From a quick message to Craig to flag up a potential issue, I received a reply within 5 mins and an offer of a visit from Adam, who was ‘on call’. Adam arrived in under an hour and could not have been more helpful. The problem was addressed within 15 mins, with Adam going way above and beyond to ensure the problem was thoroughly explored to minimise reoccurrence. Craig and Adam are super individuals: hugely talented and reliable heating engineers, but thoroughly decent, kind, considerate, caring gentlemen who run a phenomenally professional business.   Boiler swap

  We contacted Craig when my elderly fathers central heating died. Craig listened to what the issue was, and due to the time of year, and my fathers age, rearranged his diary to come and look at the issue. When he came out he found the heating was no longer safe and suggested a combi boiler, explaining everything brilliantly, he then arranged for himself, Adam and Ben to come and do the job. They were polite, friendly, punctual and did excellent work, even putting the hoover over. Can't recommend them enough. 20 out of 10
