From the start, Gaston was very professional and informative. Had an ongoing problem of boiler leaking water, losing pressure and having to constantly top up the pressure. Landlord had arranged for repair a no. of times, but leak would return. It was a cold Sat evening, the boiler stopped working. Could not get hold of Landlord, spent Sun ringing around for a plumber. I was surprised how many state emergency services, that don't answer calls or return messages. It was late I tried Gaston, who answered and was honest from outset.Job location: RM10
