Brian Gough of Gasvolt did very well in fitting my new shower. Yesterday, Friday, he had to collect the shower from a company in Weymouth before coming to Bridport. The fact that he didn't arrive at the time he stated was not his fault, the traffic was horrendous! After fitting, he showed me what he had done, and it looks really good. I tested it today, and had a lovely shower!

We had a small link beneath our kitchen sink, discovered late on a Saturday night. We called Brian on the Sunday morning, he answered and arranged to visit on the Monday morning. He identified the cause of the leak quickly, went to get a replacement part and fitted it, all within the space of 90 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything he was going to do. Highly recommended.

Responded quickly, asked me questions beforehand to ensure he knew what the job would entail. Arrived on time and was friendly and super helpful.

Brian did a fantastic job, he was reliable, professional and takes pride in his work. Everything was completed to a high standard and he communicated clearly throughout the process.

Woke this morning to find water on the bathroom floor and no way of seeing the cause of the issue. I called Brian and he came around within an hour, on a Sunday too. Brian was very efficient and really helpful. Fixing the leak in no time and also identifying an issue with the toilet itself then popping out for a new part and fixing that too. An excellent job and very nice guy too. I would highly recommend Brian.
