  Replaced internal brick wall with resisted stud wall

  I had 3 quotes for this job & accepted the most reasonable quotation, which was Grant's. We made a largely verbal agreement backed by an email in Feb 2024 regarding a job that had to be effected without hitch or delay between my tenancies, from 7-12 August. And then I barely spoke to Grant again till July (when I panicked that he might have forgotten all about me..) But no! Grant & his boys arrived on 7 Aug as promised & over the next 4 days effected the job we'd agreed - precisely and faultlessly. Grant is a no-nonsense, old-school builder of few words, and an absolute DIAMOND. Recommended!

  Kitchen diner knock through, bathroom

  Grant and his team were all fabulous. Kept us updated at all times, responded quickly to questions. Work was completed in a timely fashion. All the tradesmen were friendly and considerate. All in all a great experience, as stress free as it was possible to be for so much disruption! Would, and have, recommended to friends.

  Chimney repair

  Grant was superb from start to finish. He responded swiftly to a potentially urgent concern and provided us with the reassurance and expertise we needed, which in turn meant we trusted him and his team from the off. Grant took control of the issues with a calm and assured manner and kept us informed of what needed doing and how it would be done at every stage. The quality of work was of a very high standard and very reasonably priced. I would certainly use Grant and his team for future works.
