Contacted after Reading reviews on here and Trustpilot. We were at the extreme end of the geography covered but Greg was very happy to attend the following week (we were away for a few days so I didn't ask if he could attend at very short notice) In summary he arrived on time, was courteous, professional and very thorough, found the leak under a kitchen cupboard and under the floor and fixed it. He was here for nine hours. Consequently, the fee seemed reasonable given the time taken and the expertise and equipment deployed. Glad we contacted Greg as our local plumber couldn't find the leak.

Leak detection is quite a niche industry and, at times, we do have to travel as we cover the whole of the South East. That’s all part of our daily routine and never an issue for us. On paper, hearing that there was a large hissing noise sounded ideal. As a leak detection company, when a customer tells us that, we naturally think the job is going to be fairly straightforward. Unfortunately for us, this one wasn’t quite so simple! Your handmade bespoke kitchen certainly added to the challenge, but I’m really pleased we were able to gain access to the leak with minimal damage
