From coming to look at the job, to quoting, and doing the Job Pat was friendly/ helpful, explaining all he was doing and why. Both he and his brother completed the jobs in a no-messing, yet precise/tidy manner. We got our invoice for payment, and it was dead on the quote- and they even managed to do extras at a very fair/reasonable price. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gatenby Mains And Drains…we’ll be using them again for future work, and will recommend to our friends/ family!

Fantastic work. Very fast but increadible organised with a high quality work man ship. For example: No splattering on the garage wall from cementing over the pipe, re-finishing where I stepped onto the concreate, ensuring connections were solid before backfilling the trench. Took the time to explain why the installation is carried out in a certin way.

Pat was very efficient and is a nice man who did a great job replacing our double sink bathroom taps , the kitchen was a bit of a stress but he sorted it . Will be booking him again soon.

They arrived when stated, diagnosed the problem, told us what they were going to do, fixed the problem well and efficiently, price was as quoted and workmanship was very good. Clean, tidy, courteous . Would recommend.
