We couldn't be happier with the experience we received from Gates Bennett. From the start we found Brandon to be personable, reliable and genuine. He clearly loves what he does and cares about his customers - that came across from the moment we met. His straightforward approach and desire to deliver a quality finish made our decision on who to install our ac an easy one. The entire team went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were always a pleasure to deal with. The installation went seamlessly and everything was exactly as promised. The engineers arrived promptly at 8:30 and got straight to work. They were professional, hardworking, and extremely tidy throughout the entire installation. I was kept updated at every stage, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Once everything was fitted, they even moved the beds back into place and gave me a full walkthrough of how the system works and the best ways to use it efficiently. Before leaving, they made sure I knew I could contact them for any help, questions, or issues. Both engineers provided fantastic service from start to finish. I’m very impressed

If you are thinking about booking Brandon, do it immediately. He fitted two LG air conditioning and heating units in our house and I can honestly say we have never had anyone more professional working in our home. Everything was spotless, tidy and organised, he worked incredibly quickly and the finished result is brilliant. The units look fantastic and work perfectly. Casey was also lovely and made the whole booking process seamless. Out of all the tradespeople we have worked with, Brandon and Casey are right at the top of the list.
