Overall renovation to roof; replace tiles, seal edges, flashing on chimney
They promised to return to fix a dripping gutter (which had not been dripping before they did the work). Despite continued promises to return they did not do so. I paid a lot of money in cash and was promised anything wrong would be fixed.
