Trustworthy and reliable!
I have used Gavin Jones Electrical twice now and both times he has been exemplary! He instantly recognised the cause of a problem that three electricians previously missed, his team worked nicely and quickly, the response to a problem afterwards was speedy and efficient and there is no mess left at all. I find having people in the house really challenging but Gavin and his team made this a lot easier and responded well. And really importantly Gavin clearly knows what he is doing, explains what he is doing and upholds a high standard that reassures we are safe in our home. Highly recommend!

Very thorough and helpful.
Have used Gavin over a number of years for alarm and CCTV. Originally installing the systems, and subsequently supporting any queries. Always punctual and helpful. Very thorough, and I have no hesitation in using him again when needed.

Good timely communication from my initial enquiry, subsequent quote and completion of work Everything explained to me regarding work needed on a studio flat I plan to rent out Needed consumer unit updating and other fire safety bits for compliance Was also advised on most cost effective replacement for bathroom heater that I wanted changing Punctual arrival both for testing prior to quote and subsequent visit for the work The electrician was smart and polite and worked hard, left everything clean and tidy I would 100% use again and recommend to others
