1.33 Roof Replacement

New roof, clean gutters and brickwork
Roof was good, but the rest of the work was unsupervised, and two workmen often failed to attend. Gutters were not cleaned, mesh around solar panels not fixed properly and cleaning up was poor. I would not recommend this company.Verified reviewerJob location: RH111 Roofing Repairs

Repair to lead flushing to cure leak
We had new lead flashing placed beneath our balcony in September 2024 which was supposed to prevent a small leak into a bedroom below. It was very expensive for the two hours of work and new lead, but we wanted it to work. Gavin was very keen to assure us that we had a long guarantee of ten years. The first heavy and windy rain storm came in early January 2025 and it leaked. Since then we have tried texting (6 texts over a two week period, all unanswered); emailing (same lack of any reply) and telephoning (no answer but no reply to my message). New section of roof.
Although I felt Gavin, at first, moved a bit too quick for comfort, I soon came to realise this was because the man is extremely busy and has to get from job to job as quickly as possible. And during and after the job I’m so glad he coaxed me to make up my mind, because my section of roof was a horror show - and we were probably only days or weeks away from major leaks. And he spotted the horror show before work commenced, so he was in a hurry maybe, but honest definitely, and my wife and I are very grateful.
