We explained what we would like got exactly what we wanted with lovely nice additions suggested by Gary, his professionalism and knowledge is evident.He presents in a friendly manner using plain English to explain specialist terms,always felt very comfortable asking questions.We felt we were kept up to date with progress regularly either by email or telephone excellent communication.

Initially informative discussion on what is possible and design information plus options available. The Plans were clear accurate and containing all relevant information. Information given on procedures, expectations from the firm and what to expect from Council planning. Length of time the plans would be applicable thus giving time for job to be done. Relevant certificates organised and passed to myself. A professional firm who delivered all they said they would and kept us informed as to what was happening at all times.

All work carried out in a timely and professional manner! Would Recommend!
