Toilet leak
Jack was brilliant arrived on time and stuck to the prices quoted. He also helped sort our Hornblower loo downstairs which had been ongoing for years. Going to get him back to look at poss. Refurb options. Thanks Jack!

Leaking Isolation Valve
Responded to emergency situation exactly when he said he would. Identified the issue very quickly (leaking isolation valve) and replaced with new valve. Jack was very efficient, professional and showed good knowledge of his trade (little things but make all the difference in ensuring the job is done correctly). He was polite and friendly throughout the duration and went out of his way to help! Would have no issue recommending and will definitely be using him again in the future!
