New bathroom install
I had GB maintenance property services come to my home to install my new bathroom. The team carrying out the work were very personable and carried out the work in a very clean and tidy manner. The guys who came were also polite and friendly. Jack kept me updated from the beginning, with me just inquiring for a quote to the finish of the works asked of them. A leaking radiator.
The plumber arrived at the specified time and completed the work in a tidy and orderly fashion. The most impressive point was the speed in which they responded to my call. I had a reply within the hour and the work was completed that day at a time that was convenient to me. This is important as I cannot leave work during the day. The plumber explained to me what he had done and showed me the cause of the leak. Serviced the boiler.

Replaced combination boiler with new and altered pipe work to suit.

We pride ourselves in the high-quality service we provide. With a can do attitude and value for money, engineers sent to site are all fully qualified, polite and friendly. We strive to always create a great working relationship with every customer and client. We offer services to both residential and commercial properties.
We currently work with managing agents in and around London, providing services such as yearly gas safety inspection, boiler break downs, replacements and full system installations.
We do also offer other maintenance services, which can be as small as a tap change or as big as a property refurbishment.
