  Kitchen extension

  Graham and his team completed a fantastic job for us. From start to finish Graham was great to work with. He gave us a competitive quote however we went over budget because we made some upgrades. Graham however kept us informed of costs at all times so we could make choices. The work was completed to a high standard and the guys worked really hard to complete it on time. I absolutely love the new space, and I would 100% recommend GBS to my friends and family.

  Extension to provide dining room off kitchen

  From start to finish Graham and his team were courteous, professional and reliable. Graham was excellent at communicating each stage of the work. He always responded to messages. All aspects of the work have been completed to a very high standard, including roofing, plastering, windows and doors. Care was taken over every detail. The site was cleared up as the works continued and finally tidied up better than it was before. I’m delighted with the finished extension and have no hesitation in recommending this builder.

  Suspended ceiling and window seat

  Graham was superb. He came around initially to do the ceiling, gave a very good quote and timescale to fit in with us. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly but ensured that he left the house clean and tidy at all times. We were so impressed with his work and work ethic that we asked him to put in a window seat, which he did do - again promptly, tidily and at a good price. The added bonus was the fact that Graham is a thoroughly personable man and was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend him.

  Leak at chimney

  GBS called not long after I posted the advert and made arrangements to visit me the same day. The issue was identified and fixed there and then. Will definitely use again

  Suspended ceiling and renovating window surrounds

  Graham contacted us and offered to view the job very quickly. He attended exactly on time and offered constructive advice on our request. He provided a competitive quote and timescales that suited us. He attended when he said that he would and started work. He put in a full day’s work and made better progress than I expected. He returned the next day, at the time that he said that he would, to finish the job, which he did. Again, he worked tirelessly without a break. Ultimately, Graham completed the job to a very high standard more quickly than I expected. I will be keeping his number!

  Quote and Estimate

  Came over to our home to assess a job and give quote. He explained in detail what would need doing and offered good sound advice as to the way forward. At all times friendly and very professional.
