  New Bathroom fitted

  The guys were all polite, showed up when promised and went out their way to tidy up after themselves (within reason obviously!) All the work was carried out to a high standard, to time frame and some great advice given along the way. Kyle adapted well to the changes made mid way through too. He is a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend.

  House renovation

  Beware of this builder at all costs! We signed a contract in March this year for house renovation to be completed in 5 weeks. Nearly 5 months later we are nowhere near completion. We have paid nearly 90% of the total cost with majority of the work left to be completed and Kyle has refused to come back. For what was meant to be an exciting project after the stressful house buying phase turned out be a complete nightmare over the past few months. Me and my husband are now mentally and emotionally drained from everything this builder has put us through . We will be commencing legal action and evidence provided, other trades trades hesitant to return due to conflict with this member. I have photos of the poor workmanship

  Thanks for the feedback but I think we need to clarify a couple of points. The reason why it took so long to complete is mainly down to two factors, one being Covid 19 and the obvious restrictions that the whole country was placed under. Two due to the fact the kitchen design changed more than 4 times during works, along with many other smaller jobs,to the point nearly every job had changed from the previous quote given. I had to give 3 renegotiated contract of agreements to you. I’m happy for changes to be made (as other reviews show) but for the first time in 4 years, due to your own unreasonable behaviour, I had to remove myself from site. I offered to refund money owed back to you, unprompted, I can’t be more fair than that considering what we were put through. Hopefully people will see this is my first bad review in 4 years, and there’s obviously more to the story.

  Extension

  We love our new home renovation! GBS were extremely professional, clean and tidy. Kyle has brilliant customer service and has built a reputable team and business. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know! He was accommodating and very resilient with us. On top of that we even got left a voucher bottle of Champagne and flowers with a deep home clean. Very impressed??????????

  Brick slips fitted in the kitchen

  Kyle done our brick slips in our kitchen. Kyles service was second to none! Kyle gave us an accurate quote which he broke down with detail and answered any questions we have clearly and precisely. He had a neat and prompt finish with he work and ensure we were happy with any decisions to be made. Would recommend to anyone I knew and would definitely have him back for future work!
