⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Graham installed our water softener and water filter to a very high standard and also fitted a tap separating softened water from filtered hard water. Everything was clearly explained and works perfectly. What really stood out was his attention to detail — he neatly tidied the extra-long tubing left untidy by the builders, making the cupboard look organised and professional. Graham was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and left everything spotless. Highly recommended.

Graham has taken us on as clients following the retirement of our previous supplier. He has put time & energy into understanding our particular machine & has generated new contacts to enable him to maintain our equipment going forward.

Graham fitted a water softner which was difficult owing to pipework Graham worked out a plan and fitted the system to a Hugh standard he explained how tge system worked and I was very pleased that I chose Graham to fit tge system. I would highly recommend Shire Water System.
