Nice and friendly, and the initial work was quoted and completed. However, very expensive!
He charged £60 per hour when I asked him to do a small additional job of changing a couple of light fittings while already on site. It took most of the day and the cost was extremely high for such a simple task. My husband works in construction and was shocked at the price for the job.
I would not recommend having any additional work done unless it’s clearly quoted and agreed beforehand.

I’m sorry you feel this way, please let me explain.
The original job was straightforward; but the additional work wasn't.
It involved removing large, heavy 6ft lights from a tall office ceiling. Then rearranging the lighting layout in another office.
It takes time to achieve this from below. We had to lazer the new layout and wire the cables in plastic conduit.
I couldn't quote you on this; I would normally; but it was spur of the moment additional work. All I can do is cost it per hour and my rate is an industry typical £60/hr for commercial work.
