After researching Tree surgeons in the area through checks trade and the local live magazine. We booked in GCK who inspected the property and the job. The job was done by 2 guys who parked the truck and shredder on the drive close to the house. Very straightforward job to do, however out of pure laziness. The guys didn’t cut the tree branches to a reasonable size to walk past the house. Instead they just dragged the trees branches past the side of the house which scraped against our brand new textured render. This has left dozens of 8 meter marks all the way across and stained the render.

Thank you for your comments, It is disappointing that you have proceeded with a negative review before the situation has been fully resolved. As you can see from our previous reviews your comments and score are an unusual situation for us. Our team are always courteous and efficient and extremely apologetic if by some unfortunate incident any damage is caused.
When your tree was damaged in the high winds we attended the day after your initial email to quote and proceeded to get the work done for you extremely quickly. As you are aware once your complaint was made the company owner came out to discuss resolutions with you but you have come back with mixed messages of how you wanted to proceed and so we are currently at a stalemate.
I hope that we can find some way to move forward following this.
