Glenn was very professional right from the start when he came round to give us a quote when our old conventional boiler failed. He was always friendly and helpful and went out of his way to fit us in before Christmas. He and his team were punctual, hard working and always cheerful on what was a fairly awkward and challenging job. He even removed an old radiator and fitted a heated towel rail when we decided on a whim that’s what we wanted! We have no hesitation in recommending him.

My boiler broke down, so no hot water or heating. I phoned GCR heating & Plumbing the next day had a good quote, the day after my new boiler was installed. Old boiler was taken off site leaving a clean and tidy utility. Very happy with the professional workman ship,

Glen came recommended from a friend and didn’t disappoint. The work he carried out was clean, quick with very little noise. I would recommend GCR all day long and wouldn’t hesitate in calling on him again in future. The boiler looks fantastic. Very pleased and a really nice guy to boot !!

From day one, it was a very professional job. Removing the tanks in the loft, to installing multiple new pipes, everything was removed & made tidy. Everything was up and running in a couple of days.

Had our boiler replaced by Glenn, he came out to quote quickly and advised of the best options for us. Good communication, arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. Glenn was friendly and made sure to cover up the carpets to keep everything tidy, would recommend to others.

Glenn installed myself and my partner a new Worcester boiler in place of our tired old Ariston combi boiler. During the installation my partner asked if he could have a hive controller fitted. This wasn't included in the original quotation, but Glenn kindly went out of his way to accommodate us, and didn't even charge us! Glenn did a brilliant service Two happy guys here
