    Grant and his team arrived promptly on site and just began working. Was very good at keeping us informed about what was happening with the issues and repairs. Made good some jobs neighbours previously had completed, and gave advice about another issue which was found but couldn't be rectified presently. Understood instantly the boundaries of our oddly placed property. Explained well & patiently in laymans terms.

    Contacted Grant following recommendation from my neighbour. Grant responded from a ferry returning from a trip to France and was with us to look at work needed very soon after his return. He is extremely knowledgeable and communicates most effectively. His quote for all work including scaffolding was readily accepted. The scaffolder was on site the Wednesday of the following week, Grant and his colleague were on the roof the very next day and completed the work. The scaffolding was removed on the Monday. Excellent service could not be bettered!

    Grant removed an old damaged chimney stack, which had begun leaking. He was timely and responsive in quoting, giving a fair price after a number of extortionate quotes, and managed to squeeze us in a little earlier than initially anticipated. Grant and his apprentice were courteous, completed the job in good time, and did great job - no further issues!
