From start to finish GDI have been amazing, contacted Ian he came out and really quickly and sent a really good quote through the same afternoon. After accepting quote the installation date was within 2 weeks, again really quick. On the day of installation the 2 engineers Jim and Tom arrived on time and explained what they would be doing, at every stage of work the kept us informed of what was happening, upon completion they tidied everything and went through workings of new system and gave us commissioning report. What a credit to GDI the engineers are and Ian made everything so easy .

Excellent service from my first telephone conversation to request advice on air conditioning in an upstairs apartment. Ian visited my home and provided expert advice without any sales pressure, his written quotation was supplied quickly. The Installation technicians were extremely friendly and professional and left my home without any trace of any work being done only a wonderful air conditioning system commissioned and working perfectly.
