Our oven wasn’t working so we contacted Gavin who came the next day and was quickly able to confirm the problem was a faulty thermocouple. As our oven is old Gavin had to source the part which he found overseas and arranged for his colleague Javier to come and complete the repair. Result is the oven is now working perfectly again. Throughout the process Gavin and his team were polite, helpful and professional and ensured that we were without an oven for the shortest possible time. We would definitely recommend GDS Appliances to anyone reading this.
