The fault was rectified within 2days. The joists were rotten and needed replacement. If the decking is sinking it’s because it wasn’t built correctly in the first place some 10 plus years ago in my experience. All we were asked to do was replace the boards nothing we did could damage the joists they were already rotten I’m not responsible for rotten timber.
