  AVOID if you are another plumbing company asking them to do work

  Have been ripping off other businesses for ages - currently have £40k outstanding debts to 6 other companies unpaid and just close down and open under another name. Do not engage with this company - checkatrade should look into it

  Excellent customer service.

  Great service. My mum is 81 and has a grant oil boiler. They came out same day to help on both occasions. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

  Installation of a nest thermostat and set up

  Guy's came in and took their shoes off before entering and started introducing themselves and what would be done about the installation. Very helpful and informative about how it worked and compared to other thermostats similar to the market. Gave some good advice as the device needed a separate power supply and was not battery operated as I thought it might've been. Good value and would use again if things went wrong. Great service
