After receiving a quote, we chose GLS as it was local. Disappointing! Oñ the agreed date we had to call them to see where they were. Surprise, they were going to turn up next day! Next day excuse, waiting for a break in the weather. Three beaks in the weather and didnt turn up! Cant comment on workmanship obviously because they didnt turn up but communication..non existent..reliability...I think you can guess. Both of us worked in emergency services, if we treated our job like this outcomes would be devastating and life changing. Why dont people have more respect and pride in what they do.
