Very happy with the service Liam the plumber and his son provided when replacing a flexible connector pipe and investigating an issue with our shower pump. They were friendly, very punctual and didn't try to push for extra work when we needed time to consider our options. No surprise costs beyond what we agreed on phone.

My kitchen mixer tap was leaking when I used it. The GEM plumber arrived on time, and isolated the leak immediately. New tap and parts were collected in the same visit, and all installed and sorted! Leigh explained everything to me throughout the work, and did a great job!!
