Great workmanship from start to finish! Jesse and his colleagues are great at what they do and keep you informed with everything along the way. Very happy customer here and will be sure to use again!

We had a new bath, sink and taps fitted along with four new radiators. Also had a new central heating controller fitted. The bath and sink were fitted in the granite already in place. Jesse was outstanding in his workmanship, attention to detail and care for the items we had purchased. Nothing was too much trouble. He was a joy to have around! Thank you so much for making this so successful.

The team at Gem Heating Solutions (Alan and Jesse) were fantastic. Their workmanship, attention to detail, advice, and cleanliness was better than expected and I cannot recommend enough. I will be using again in the future. Thanks guys for a lovely new bathroom! Great job indeed.

Excellent work from start to finish. Arrived on time and completed the job efficiently getting our heating and hot water back on following a fault. Highly recommended.

Kurt was very pleasant and helpful, but his colleagues were not so efficient. There was a bad leak in the shower which caused mould and water in the hallway. They mended the leak but told me I could fix the mess in the hall. The next leak was in the bathroom itself. This took 6 months for them to try to fix. One excuse after another. I had to buy the seals even though the shower was under warranty. In the end I got another plumber to fix the leak and had to pay for that. The whole exercise cost me a lot of extra money.

Jesse has worked for us before and we would not use any one else. He is highly skilled, explains everything carefully and leaves the house looking immaculate. He is unfailingly polite and is a pleasure to have working here. His work is incredibly neat as well. We cannot recommend him enough.
