  Honest, efficient, fair price

  Had our ac installed today, Geoff was amazing from first contact to install, came on time, friendly, cleaned up as he went along. Spent time showing me how to operate the unit, competitive pricing highly recommend. Looking forward to a great nights sleep

  Install went well, apart from not siliconing up the hole created to get the wire in to the fuse board. After one year when the service is due I haven’t had any replays from Geoff won’t answer calls, he told me he would contact me when it’s due a service to maintain the warranty, this is now passed so I have been trying to contact him. Iv had to go with another company to service so guess the warranty on the unit is invalid now. Would recommend for an install but the after service definitely not.

  Local, friendly, great value, couldn't be happier

  We needed Air Conditioning in my house so we got two quotes. The initial consultation was great. Geoff was friendly and gave good advice, listened to our requirements and suggested possible solutions. He did not pressure us into any particular answer. Gem Installs gave us a quote that was cheaper and for better specification equipment than the other provider, so we went with him. The actual installation was great. Geoff and team did a fantastic job with minimal disruption. Everything we asked for, including positioning and electric supply was provided. I'm delighted with the results.

  Reliable & good value for money

  1st Class installation and all around service!

  We were contacted by Geoff of GEM who asked what our needs were and talked us through the whole process. Geoff and his team are very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. When the job was complete you would have thought the air conditioning had been installed all along. They left the house spotless. Would highly recommend.
