  We were contacted by Geoff of GEM who asked what our needs were and talked us through the whole process. Geoff and his team are very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. When the job was complete you would have thought the air conditioning had been installed all along. They left the house spotless. Would highly recommend.

  Geoff was easy to communicate over the phone. We did a video call to size the room which speeded up the quote process. I was given a date on the phone, confirmed by text. Geoff rang the day before, confirmed and turned up on time. The team were great, installed neat and tidy, respectful and clean. It was done within a morning. They explained the support and servicing arrangements and warranty. Everything was working as expected. If you need air conditioning, use Gem Installs.

  From the outset and throughout communication with Geoff at GEM was excellent. The job was booked in within days of accepting the quote and completed in one day leaving everything clean and fully working. I would not hesitate to recommend GEM for residential air conditioning installation.

  The installation of air conditioning to bedroom and lounge.

  The installation of the the air conditioning outdoor units and indoor units of the main bedroom and the lounge were done with minimal disturbance and the home was left clean and tidy. The team of Geoff, Dan & Gary did a fantastic job with good interaction with the customer (me). The outdoor units are smart and well sited with all cables and hoses neatly enclosed in trunking. The indoor units have been fitted with no disturbance to the decor and are smart, and look like they have always been there. The installation has made an extreme improvement to the environment of the home.
