Building new extension and new kitchen
The work still isn’t complete at all. The builder has not done a full survey of the property before work carried out yet we paid £700 for a surveyor to do a full report. Basically the kitchen has been fitted before the floor and plumbing and all the electrical work carried out fully. The sub floor had to be removed and we have been left with pipes exposed for months on end. Had a full snagging report carried out and they found £5000 plus work needing doing after what state the house has been left in. Full report can be provided to show poor workmanship. Many opportunities to correct the work

Garage extension
Very professional company and a great team. Brett arrived to talk over my ideas and straight away I was in complete confidence. The architect who works along side Gemtree construction ltd was also very professional, with both the site manager and architect being under the same company, the project ran very smoothly, on time and came under budget. The team on site are a credit to the manager and would highly recommend.

Extension
After my late husband passed away, I struggled to find a builder which I felt comfortable and trusted. Brett arrived to give me a free quote, very professional and with his knowledge and confidence, great price, I chosen Gem tree for my new extension . I wasn't disappointed! The team turned up with their own equipment, very friendly and professional, also had a few laughs along the way. The extension was better than expected, within budget and on time! I couldn't ask for anything more, I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
