Garden room build including foundations, drainage, electrics, insulation, patio and landscaping.
After a failed project left us with an unfinished garden room and an incorrect structure, we were relieved when Emil took on the challenge. From day one, his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail gave us confidence. He carefully assessed every aspect of the build, prioritising safety, durability and quality. His planning skills, innovative solutions and use of high-quality materials were exceptional. Emil is genuinely passionate about his work and takes pride in achieving the highest standards. The finished garden room exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Emil!Verified reviewerJob location: KT4RMonika O10 Builder

Great communication and great work at a very reasonable price
Emil was super helpful and scoping out what was needed. He was very clear on his costs and approach and gave us a couple of options that we could choose from. His work was very good and he was always on time and very mindful about the tenants in the property and getting the work done as quickly as possible to the best possible standard.Verified reviewerJob location: SW14
