Ensuite removed from principle bedroom, walls removed and new partition walls instated to create two child size rooms. Staircase altered. Floorboards secured better to stop squeaking. Velux windows installed. Wall layout altered in attic room. Shower, freestanding bath and double vanity unit installed. Floor and wall tiling. Electrics. Very happy with the work.

Partition wall put up to create separate front room in what was one very long open plan downstairs. New doorways made. Doors hung. Painting. Skirting and doorframes. Sanding of floors for painting. Electric and tv points moved. New radiator installed.

Seal replaced rather than having to buy whole new tap

Bath plug repaired as it was not going up and down when turning the knob to do this. Older sink from utility not needed was moved into bathroom to replace sink with a crack and plug that would not pop up and down anymore. Valves replaced in kitchen and utility sinks to increase waster pressure that was very low.

Door rehung to open in to the utility room instead of out into the kitchen as it was always in the way. And a smaller sink installed to make way for this in the utility.

Very happy with the new kitchen tap put in. While under the sink he also cleaned the connection to the washing machine which stopped an error showing up on the machine.
