After finding damp in a house I am about to buy, both Mark and Max were of great help and sorted the problems out promptly, even working the weekend to get the job done. The provided a great quality of service. I will definitely use them again

Came to give a quote for woodworm treatment. Gave an honest assessment and said that it was unclear whether or not the infestation was still active. Recommended that we pull up a few floorboards and keep it under observation or pull up floorboards and soak the joists with water based woodworm treatment diy. The surveyor also said they can do the work for us and offered a long guarantee but did not push for the work at all. He was a nice respectful person and he struck me as honest and competent.

Genesis commenced with little notice and provided a full inspection and quote within a few days! The work conducted was of a high standard and we cant be happier with the results. Max provided us with daily updates on the works progression from start to finish with pictures. These guys wont let you down, very professional and personal service with the highest of standards and cleaniness throughout the project, the work has transformed our house completely and the finish on the plastered walls was flawless.
