Fixing an electric oven
Our electric fan oven started sparking at the back near the fan recently. We dropped Mike a message, set a time and waited. Mike dropped me a message 20 minutes before coming, arrived and completed the work quickly and I have a working over again. Prompt, efficient helpful service
Mike responded to my enquiry within minutes. He visited the following day and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher ( faulty circuit board). That afternoon he researched replacement parts and we concluded that it made more sense to buy a new dishwasher. I bought it that day and Mike installed it the following morning. Mike was pleasant and helpful throughout. He told me what his service would cost and kindly reduced his installation charge by 20% for me.
