John & team at Genesis were very responsive & came when they said they would. They were professional, approachable, understanding & knowledgeable. Without having to ask, John provided photographic & video evidence of the roofing situation, which was a great reassurance that we were getting the true picture. The quote turnaround was timely & they scheduled a quick start date due to the fact the situation was urgent. The team worked efficiently & quietly. The guys came back to ensure the site was left clean & tidy. Nothing was too much bother. They went above & beyond. Would definitely recommend

Such a good service from Mark and his team. Punctual, tidy and pleasant. Roof looks great. A couple of tiles were missing and within hours they were back to correct them. They arranged for the scaffolders (who were also really professional) to remove the scaffolding as soon as the work was completed. Excellent job. Highly recommend

John and his team replaced the felt under our roof and boarded our entire loft. They gave us a competitive quote and always asked in advance if any extra work needed to be done. Great communication, the men were polite and professional. They arrived on time in the morning and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. We're really happy with the work done and we are booking them for future decorating works.

Mark reached out to me on a forum as a result of me not knowing what was causing damp inside my house. He was very quick and reliable with regards to offering to have a look and arranging a time that suited me. The tradesman came out 5 minutes early and was polite throughout. He cleared out the gutters and gave a further report on the integrity of the roof. Really happy with the service and would consider them for future works, if required.
