Had a new flush valve and overflow stopper fitted by Paul. I was having issues with a leak. He took the cistern out and fitted it all. He was careful to tidy up as much as possible. Answered my job request quickly and came to fix and fit the parts next day for me. Speedy service. Thanks!

My experience with Paul has been excellent, when rang to ask about job, the phone was answered, (definitely not normal when ringing plumbers!), he arrived on time, assessed the job, came and fitted parts, more needed doing as job turned out bigger than expected, all areas were left clean and tidy.
