  One of the best experiences!!! The team is brilliant and they know their job! Have never been so happy wit any relocation services company in past. Fair pricing and “can do” attitude! The team worked tirelessly for 10 hours! Simply the best you can get!

  Professional and friendly and reasonably priced.

  A good experience, though we had a 2 bed flat with only furniture (we packed and moved all the boxes the day before) and it took about 10 hours. The guys worked really hard but only two people wasn’t enough. There were bits which were disassembled unnecessarily (we bought them in as a whole unit). I’d be skeptical to use them if I was in a chain or more than a 2 bed ground floor flat. As I say, good experience overall, the guys are friendly and definitely worked very hard and it’s reasonably priced but just some feedback for Geotrade’s future work.

  I do not understand that feedback but do appreciate of course. 1st - the team have to wait 1h time for the keys for the other property, we have to finish with the packing for another 1h, after never do been ask to do it, we do use our materials for the packing also, cost nothing to the customer, we do enough assemble and reassemble, plus for 2 bedroom flat 2 people is good enough usual. If we do not waste a time to wait and packing the last, we can finish for a time from 8h, which is a normal time. The customer never been rude, pay on time, talking about the payment, we do charge him lower than usual - £60 ph that time plus we have to finish on the next day with the last reassembly, so we usual charge 2h minimum for visit, we do charge him 40 pounds less and etc. I am happy with the feedback, because that is his opinion, but i do not like that way people reviewing the companies. Plus we have to use windows also to get out some furnitures and etc. Was not easy removals, but we do not make damage, charge less, do second day job there and that all cost £680 for 10+1 hours ... really strange

  House move

  Alex and Bobby were very professional, helpful and friendly. Careful packaging and storage of fragile items, detaching and assembling items back, carrying up and down stairs - all carried out in a short time and reasonable price. Highly recommended.

  Transport of oak furniture

  An excellent service provided by Geodtrade. The removers were punctual, well mannered and looked after the furniture during removal and transport. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a decent local removal company service in the New Malden area.
