  Lack of a professional way of dealing with customers

  I am very disappointed to see George Luke is purposely ignoring my messages to ask him to provide me and my landlord (who paid for the electricity check taking place nearly a week ago on the property I rent from him) with an electronic copy of the Electrical Installation Condition Report, which is very unprofessional.

  This work was carried out for a letting agent, who is my client. For data protection reasons, I cannot release reports without their permission. I explained this clearly to you as the tenant and that I was awaiting authorisation. The job was completed on the 2nd of March and the report was sent to the estate agent and landlord on the 2nd March. I always act professionally and follow proper procedure.

  Amazing professional service.

  Luke and Oscar provided an exceptionally professional service from start to finish. George Electrical installed spotlights and extractor fans in our bathroom and ensuite, as well as an LED outdoor light. Luke took the time to understand our needs and preferences, offering helpful advice and options along the way. Overall, we’re thrilled with the results and the quality of service. We’ll definitely be using George Electrical again and would highly recommend them to everyone.

  House Rewiring

  We were recommended George Electrical by the Estate Agent we were buying our property from to get a an EICR report done prior to purchase. We were happy with the professionalism of the report and decided on George Electrical to carry out the further work needed once we had moved in. Luke put in a new consumer board, rewired the kitchen, fitted all the new appliances, lighting etc, was thorough and took a pride in his work. Also, he got on extremely well with our kitchen fitters and plumber, making for a really nice atmosphere. Luke will be carrying out further work that we need doing.

  Inspection for a house purchase

  Very flexible with changing times and very thorough and quick report. Alot of additional feedback and direct help, with sourcing quotes etc and suggestions, which was above just providing a report.
