  Thoroughly friendly and professional

  We were very impressed with George Electrical. Both Luke and Oscar were very friendly, thorough and professional. We had a full electrical health check which Luke George did with the utmost professionalism. He took time to go through the results with us explaining everything in layman's terms. We also had a Ring doorbell and an outside light fitted. They took the time to make sure that we were happy with where they were positioned and they carefully explained how they worked. We would 100% recommend George Electrics.

  Luke and his team recently carried out some electrical work in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.   Lack of a professional way of dealing with customers

  I am very disappointed to see George Luke is purposely ignoring my messages to ask him to provide me and my landlord (who paid for the electricity check taking place nearly a week ago on the property I rent from him) with an electronic copy of the Electrical Installation Condition Report, which is very unprofessional.

  This work was carried out for a letting agent, who is my client. For data protection reasons, I cannot release reports without their permission. I explained this clearly to you as the tenant and that I was awaiting authorisation. The job was completed on the 2nd of March and the report was sent to the estate agent and landlord on the 2nd March. I always act professionally and follow proper procedure.

  Amazing professional service.

  Luke and Oscar provided an exceptionally professional service from start to finish. George Electrical installed spotlights and extractor fans in our bathroom and ensuite, as well as an LED outdoor light. Luke took the time to understand our needs and preferences, offering helpful advice and options along the way. Overall, we’re thrilled with the results and the quality of service. We’ll definitely be using George Electrical again and would highly recommend them to everyone.
