George did a lovely job with our ensuite build, he was very flexible with our work and travel schedules and coordination with the other trades, always on time, cheerful, helpful & able to accommodate small things along the way. While we purchased the larger appliances and items such as tiles, George was very proactive in sourcing smaller items and materials needed day to day such as timber and tools to get the job done, with full transparency of the invoices so we could keep track of all costs. The end result is terrific and I can wholeheartedly recommend George for small building projects.

George came round to dig a test pit to check foundations for a second storey extension. He was punctual, quiet and polite throughout. Communication was excellent and he always responded to messages quickly. After the work was completed he left the site probably tidier than it was before! The work was excellent and the price very reasonable. We have had bad experiences in the past with builders ghosting, being rude, playing loud music or just not turning up at all - George was the opposite of all that and we will definitely be using him again.
