Scott was punctual, polite and a pleasure to deal with. He knew what he was talking about and made us feel at ease regarding what needed doing here. Central heating and hot water all working correctly now, thank you Scott. Would highly recommend.

Install new toilet/cistern
Job involved was installing new toilet/cistern. From start to completion the service provided by Scott of GEP Services was of the highest professional standard. From good advice on best solution for our bathroom, to acquiring and installing upgraded toilet was of the highest order. Full respect to property was shown, whilst communication was excellent. Pricing was very fair relative to quality of service provided. Highly recommended.

Unexpected new boiler
They were both kind and courteous, with lots of information on the subject. I was given all the information and options that I had with my old knackered boiler. They were respectful for my house and easily contactable with any questions that I had regarding the work that was being carried out. Also any questions that I had were answered simply and informatively.
