replaced broken plug and repaired door handle

Gerald kept me fully advised as to when he would arrive and arrived exactly on time. He was very efficient and produced receipts for the parts purchased. He willingly offered to mend a broken door handle when I asked. He tidied up after him too. I have no reservations I'm recommending him and hope to use him again soon.
