Checking of kitchen sensor & renewal of battery in alarm box
Booked Howard to come to a fault on our alarm after seeing reviews on Checkatrade. Howard arrived 10 minutes early & was a pleasure to deal with. After establishing that the fault was likely to be a replacement battery & not a faulty kitchen sensor as we had suspected, he ruled out the latter by disconnecting from the mains supply to see if the battery kept it's charge which it didn't. Howard replaced the battery, showing me the old one with it's date on & thoroughly checked it was working before leaving. Removing the old Home intruder alarm and installing a new alarm system.
Couple of weeks ago, when there was a fault in my Home intruder alarm system, we looked through the check-a-trade website and contacted Mr Howard Greenhalgh who responded straight away and reached my house withing 20-30 Minutes and disabled the alarm. With the help of Mr Greenhalgh, we ordered a new system which was installed today. Once everything was done, he explained to us in detail about the functions and other facilities. I needed my alarm servicing and the battery changed.
