Old gate system got stuck in half closed/open position. contacted loads of folks (most of whom did’nt een respond) the ones that responded were only interested in consultations for totally new systems. Then along comes Gene from GFH. - diagnosed the problem(s) _ removed stuck gate (emergency interim measure) - liaised with manufacturer on viability of his recommended, proposed solution - effected the recommended fix - at a very reasonable cost I can’t praise GFH high enough for the work, approach and attitude. —> 5 star rating form me and my family !!
