  Kitchen Refurbishment

  We recently hired GG Services to do a partial kitchen refurbishment, which included the replacement of all worktops, integrated appliances, sink, tap and tiles, as well as a few other small jobs. To complete the job Gary and his apprentice worked extremely hard and overcame multiple issues and challenges, including every tilers worst nightmare, black grout (sorry again Gary!), to produce a great end result. Throughout the process Gary communicated well and his professionalism shone through in the service he provided. As a result, we would not hesitate to recommend him.

  Gary is not a man of his word.

  I called Gary after reading about him on checkatrade on Monday 14 July 2025. On the 15 July we agreed a price of £1500 for Gary to fit a Howdens kitchen. We agreed that he would start on 4 August 2025. On Monday 28 July 2025 I called Gary to ask if 4 August 2025 was still ok. He told me that he was busy at the moment he will call me that evening. Nothing from Gary. So I called him again on Wednesday 30 July 2025. He told me he was not coming to me on 4 August as he has taken another job that was paying him twice as much. I found his behaviour difficult to understand.

  New Wren kitchen fitted including floor tiling and decor

  I would not hesitate to recommend Gary. He is a talented tradesman and meticulous in his work. From initial contact right through to finalising the project he took time to discuss the works at each stage and ensure my kitchen was finished to the highest standard possible. He resolved any problems discovered with the existing fittings and did extras to ensure the best finish. He is honest and upfront about any issues. He is friendly and approachable and the job ran smoothly. I was impressed with how Gary and Kevin left my house so tidy each day. The finish is beautiful and I am really happy.

  Kitchen fitted

  I am so pleased with the end result, and I'm enjoying my new kitchen. Gary's attention to detail was exemplary - he takes pride in his craft, and his expertise and experience shows. I wanted the work-top to be extended to include a single breakfast bar space for me, and Gary expertly created a rounded edge for the counter top that worked perfectly. He also suggested boxing in the cooker extractor ducting kit - a much neater look for the kitchen design. All in all - a job well done!

  Gary and Kevin were absolutely amazing, I am very perfectionist and don’t easily trust tradesmen as Iv had really bad experience in the past. But they were so helpful, hard working and easy to talk too about any concerns. Gary did extra work and fixed a lot of issues that popped up with ease. He did more than he was suppose too. The finish was brilliant, I couldn’t find a fault. I love my kitchen now !!! If I’m happy then I think anyone would be with the quality of his work. I highly recommend them, absolutely fantastic!!!   Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment

  Gary did an excellent job refurbishing the kitchen and bathroom. He originally fitted my kitchen four years ago, but when a water leak in the flat above caused damage to it, we reached out to him again. Gary's communication was excellent throughout, and his attention to detail and finish was impressive. He and his colleague were also very tidy, making sure to clean up the space after each day’s work. They completed all work within the agreed timeframe, without compromising on quality. I highly recommend Gary and will certainly reach out to him for any future work.
